You must not use the platform to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that is illegal under Philippine law or that undermines the integrity of the games and betting markets offered. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the ctrac platform, its software, or its content without prior written authorisation. All transactions on ctrac are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are processed through supported local payment methods including GCash, and funds are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name; using third-party payment sources is prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the original source. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, and ctrac reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. ctrac is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, and processing times may vary depending on the method used. Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements which will be communicated to you at the time the offer is made.
All bets placed on ctrac are final once confirmed. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and this licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of ctrac content. You must not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the platform. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ctrac regarding the platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or to keep such submissions confidential. ctrac provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ctrac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. ctrac's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ctrac's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You may close your ctrac account at any time by contacting our support team at the email address listed in the footer of this page. Upon closure, any remaining balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. ctrac reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ctrac may retain any balance in the account as compensation for losses or costs incurred. If your account is closed by ctrac for reasons unrelated to a breach on your part, your remaining balance will be returned to you in full after verification. Any open bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules and the outcome credited or debited accordingly.
